Job summary

INDI Staffing Services in Mexico City is seeking a Node.js Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services. You will build scalable APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement modern dev practices to deliver robust solutions.

You should have 3+ years Node.js experience, experience with Express.js, and solid knowledge of databases and API design. English fluency required. This role offers flexible work arrangements and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years experience with Node.js backend development.
Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
Familiarity with database technologies and API design principles.
Understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining Node.js applications and backend services.
Writing clean, efficient code following Node.js best practices and coding standards.
Building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices with databases and third-party systems.
Collaborating with frontend developers and other team members to deliver complete solutions.
Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Debugging and optimizing applications to ensure performance and reliability.
