Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Node.js backend developer for a fully remote role. You will design, build, and maintain scalable server-side services and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Node.js, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and experience with Express.js. Excellent English is required; you’ll work with a global Top 1% tech talent network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with database technologies and API design principles.
• Understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient code following Node.js best practices and coding standards.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with databases and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver complete solutions.
