Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, APIs, and backend services in a remote-first environment. You will diagnose issues, implement fixes, and collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable software delivery.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, production support, and strong C#/.NET expertise, with opportunities to optimize performance and participate in post-incident analyses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core for web APIs and backend services.
• Experience with RESTful Web APIs and scalable backend architectures.
• Production support experience including incident resolution and monitoring.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and support web APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and fix production incidents.
• Provide production support and monitor application health.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Manage source control and deployments using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Document code, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.
