Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer (Front and Back end) based in Mexico to contribute across both frontend and backend development for reliable, scalable applications in modern cloud environments.

You will work with Java, JavaScript, Python, and modern web frameworks, plus containerization and cloud infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on development with deployment automation, CI/CD, and rapid delivery across cloud platforms.

Formación

• 4‑year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, modern JS ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with frontend state management (Redux/NgRx/Vuex).
• Familiarity with C# and .NET is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd, etc.
• Experience deploying containers in AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and configuration management tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA/Confluence.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain software using Java, JavaScript, Python, or related tech.
• Build and enhance frontend applications with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+, using React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Develop backend components in Java/Python/C#/NET as needed.
• Design and deploy containerized apps with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Containerd.
• Support deployments across AWS/Azure/OpenStack/OpenShift cloud platforms.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and use JIRA/Confluence for planning and tracking.
• Communicate clearly and document technical decisions throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of applications in fast‑moving environments.
