Tech Holding in Mexico is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to build an AI-powered risk intelligence platform. You will design, train, and deploy NLP and LLM-based models that process large multilingual data and surface emerging threats, working closely with US-based engineers and product stakeholders as an individual contributor.

You will own end-to-end ML workflows, including prompt design, RAG, embeddings, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing retraining in production, with a focus

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face).
• NLP experience including classification, NER, topic modeling, or semantic similarity on real-world text.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG, prompt engineering, and embedding/vector search.
• Experience deploying ML services on cloud platforms with Docker and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and bias/drift detection.

Responsabilités

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for text classification, entity extraction, clustering, and topic detection.
• Build and improve LLM-powered features, including prompt design, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Develop embeddings and semantic-search pipelines to surface emerging threats.
• Productionize models as scalable, monitored services with latency, cost, and accuracy targets.
• Create evaluation frameworks and datasets to measure model quality and bias over time.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve ingestion, labeling, and feature pipelines.
• Monitor and retrain models in production and debug quality issues end to end.
• Join daily standups and technical discussions with US-based client team.
