Attncapital is hiring two full-time, remote Meta Ad Operations Coordinators to process ad campaigns in Adnova. You will work with the Advertiser Success team to build campaigns, ensure compliance, and monitor launches from a distributed team.

Requirements include 2+ years in digital marketing, proficiency with Meta Ads, Asana, Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, and ideally Adnova. Remote, EST hours, weekends overtime may apply, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Full-time, remote, 300pm to 100am EST, 3–4 days a week with possible weekend overtime.
• Experience with Meta Ads platform.
• Proficient with Asana and project management tools.
• Proficient in Slack, GSuite, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Preferably experience with Adnova.
• Able to work quickly and accurately with minimal waste.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, able to follow defined processes.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Setup: Build Meta campaigns including Partnership Ads from team instructions.
• Adv/Pub Compliance: Apply advertiser/publisher rules with high accuracy.
• Platform Compliance: Check creative for platform rules; flag non compliant ads.
• Monitor Campaign Launches: Track new campaigns and troubleshoot as needed.
• Asana Workflows: Maintain statuses across campaigns and updates.
• AdOps Support: Assist AdOps Managers with reviews and research.
• Daily Communication: Use Slack and Asana; maintain inbox zero.
