Job summary

BOLD Business is seeking a Medical Equipment & BIM Planner to join a fully remote team. You will coordinate Revit models and Attainia data to align equipment specifications with clinical workflows.

Collaborate with architects, clinicians, contractors, and vendors across healthcare projects, translating vendor specs into precise BIM models and FF&E layouts. Strong BIM skills and proactive problem-solving are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2–5+ years of architectural or healthcare design experience.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu; experience with Attainia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute medical equipment planning and FF&E space planning, including cost estimates and data management.
• Build and coordinate Revit models with medical equipment and clinical workflows.
• Prepare drawings, specification packages, and client submittals for procurement.
• Coordinate with architects, clinicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure BIM standards.
• Identify spatial conflicts and coordinate equipment layouts with architectural elements.
