Job summary

First Principles is seeking a Marketing Lead to own marketing for the training business, from strategy through execution. You will build a credible brand with enterprise buyers, craft a training-first website, and create materials that accelerate conversations for our sales team.

You will drive funnel growth using AI for research, content, and experimentation, while ensuring messaging stays authentic and not AI-sloppy. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, fully remote across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in B2B marketing for enterprise or high-value services.
• Experience marketing to enterprise buyers and solving complex problems.
• Ability to build strategy and execute across channels with AI assistance.

Responsibilities

• Own our website end to end, a modern code-based site maintained with AI tools.
• Pivot the site to training-first and align with current programs.
• Own conversion paths, forms, page speed, SEO basics, and analytics.
• Turn a broad catalog into clear program shapes and language.
• Create sales enablement materials and lead magnets for conversations.
• Define channel mix and run faster experiments with clear results.
• Own weekly measurement and a focused budget for tools and ads.
