Decentralized Masters, a leading DeFi education company, is seeking a Marketing Compliance Associate to safeguard all externally facing marketing and sales content. You will review assets such as paid ads, VSLs, landing pages, webinar scripts, emails, and SMS flows to ensure compliance with FTC, SEC, platform, and financial-promotion rules before launch.

You will build and maintain a library of disclosures, perform pre-launch audits, and provide fast, concrete feedback to marketing and sales

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years reviewing marketing content for FTC/SEC compliance in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance.
• Familiarity with FTC Marketing Guidelines, TCPA, CAN-SPAM.

• Review and approve external marketing assets for FTC/SEC compliance.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance on policies and training.
• Maintain a living library of compliant language and disclosures.
