Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years related experience in technical support in electronics, robotics, manufacturing, automation, or IT industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Cognex-designed systems to integrators or end users.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely, accurate case updates.
• Escalate product issues to engineering and product marketing as needed.
• Create and update technical bulletins and knowledge base articles.
