RPMGlobal is seeking a Computer Vision and machine learning Software Engineer to join our development team and translate imagery, LiDAR, and other sensor data into actionable insights.

You will tackle challenging CV, ML, and 3D geometry problems, building production-ready solutions for cloud, on-prem, and edge environments. This full-time, remote role requires base in Guadalajara and strong software engineering practices.

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent in CS, robotics, or ML.
• Experience with LiDAR, point clouds, SLAM, or 3D reconstruction.
• Proficient in C++ and Python with performance optimization.
• Experience with OpenCV, PCL, CUDA, or OpenMP.
• DL model training with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Fluent in Spanish and English; eligible to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Research, design and implement CV and ML algorithms using C++ and Python.
• Work on 3D vision problems (SLAM, Structure from Motion, etc.).
• Train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models from data to production.
• Optimize algorithms for cloud, on-prem, and edge deployments.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate CV/ML into products.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, tests, and standards.
