Copeland is seeking a highly motivated Lean Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes from a fully remote location within Mexico. The role focuses on identifying waste, improving workflows, and applying lean principles across the organization to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have deep lean expertise, strong analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment, delivering measurable improvements and sustaining gains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Proven lean tools experience: VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote work capability and aerospace/auto industry exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Analyze current processes using value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and other lean tools to identify improvements.
• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Standardize work processes and develop best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Train and coach employees on lean principles and methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs related to lean implementation and operational efficiency.
• Support visual management systems and communicate progress to leadership.
• Research and recommend new lean technologies to further enhance initiatives.
