Job summary

Airalo is seeking a versatile Solution Architect to lead localized adaptation and system integration of our Global MVNO Core. You will bridge the gap between standardized engineering sprints and diverse local needs, ensuring regional mandates are met and interconnectivity is robust.

You will guide Core Network Engineers, drive acceptance criteria, and mentor teams on user stories and functional specs while maintaining scalability and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Telecom/Tech.
• Ability to translate regulatory documents into engineering tasks.
• Comfort discussing SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as conduit between regulatory findings and Core Network team.
• Lead requirement discovery with local MNOs, regulators, and teams.
• Compare local rules against platform capabilities and plan enhancements.
• Create high-level workflows for regulatory services (MNP, Lawful Interception).
• Define data exchange requirements for Number Portability and voice/SMS routing.
• Define reporting frequencies for local authorities and data validation checks.
• Lead acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off for regulatory hurdles.
• Manage technical-regulatory checklist across countries and flag risks.
• Coordinate with databases and partners to meet interworking specs and QoS.
• Mentor Solution Analysts on writing user stories and specs.
