SEGULA Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Junior Design Release Engineer (DRE) for Chassis Suspension to support end-to-end design, development, validation, and release of suspension components.

This role requires travel to Saltillo, Toluca, or Santa Fe for build support and alignment, with PLM and CAD tooling duties. A Mechanical Engineering degree and 1–3 years in automotive design are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in automotive product engineering, especially chassis or suspension.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks).
• Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes; PLM familiarity.
• Spanish business fluency and English professional proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in end-to-end design release of chassis suspension components.
• Support CAD modeling, drafting standards, and BOM release in PLM.
• Coordinate with suppliers and plants to resolve issues and support builds.
• Contribute to testing plans, validations, and 8D/DFMEA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timing, cost, and weight targets.
