Job summary

Mriti InfoSystems Inc. seeks an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement Functional Consultant to lead the procurement workstream during JDE EnterpriseOne implementation projects and support all phases from requirements gathering through post-production support.

The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise, excellent business communication skills, fluency in Spanish, and a track record delivering full-cycle JDE implementations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle JDE E1 implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Procurement/Purchasing, Requisition Management, Approval Workflows, Inventory Management, Receiving Processes, Three-Way Matching, Procurement Reporting.
• Experience with JDE E1 version 9.1 and/or 9.2.
• Manufacturing and distribution industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process workshops.
• Gather procurement and supply chain requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
• Configure Procurement and Purchasing modules.
• Create Functional Specifications for enhancements.
• Work closely with technical developers on customizations.
• Support design reviews and solution validation.
• Develop test scripts and test scenarios.
• Execute Integration Testing.
• Validate procurement and receiving processes. Support issue identification and resolution.
• Facilitate UAT sessions.
• Assist users with testing activities.
• Ensure business process validation prior to deployment.
• Prepare training materials and SOPs.
• Develop process and configuration documentation.
• Support migration and cutover activities.
• Participate in go-live readiness assessments.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
