BairesDev is seeking a Java Tech Lead to guide a team building cloud-based services with Spring Boot and AWS. You’ll stay hands-on in code while steering technical decisions and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience (ECS, Fargate, Kinesis, DynamoDB or Aurora).
• Experience reviewing code and guiding a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of Java and Spring Boot services.
• Review code and guide engineers on best practices.
• Design and run cloud-based services on AWS.
• Work with data and streaming services such as DynamoDB, Aurora, and Kinesis.
• Share technical decisions clearly with teammates and stakeholders.
