Grupo Pesado Castro is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team for an international iGaming client. This remote role offers a flexible schedule and a KPI-based bonus system.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain a robust candidate database. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales/marketing/customer service recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and bilingual Spanish/English.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for roles in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to grow professionally in the Human Resources field.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Actively sourcing and headhunting candidates.
• Proactively reaching out to potential candidates.
• Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately.
• Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps.
• Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database through all recruitment stages.
• Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
• Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
