Banregio is seeking ambitious and organized interns to join the project management office in a fully remote capacity. This internship offers exposure to IT project lifecycles from initiation to closure within an international environment, supporting project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring IT initiatives.

You will gain practical skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management while working from a home-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Project Management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Aufgaben

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Help track project progress, identify potential risks, and document issues.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Support in the management of project documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual project meetings.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.
