Job summary

TLNT, a US-based dental wellness brand, seeks a graphic designer to craft polished, on-brand creative across paid social, email, web and light video. You’ll adapt existing templates, work within a design system, and deliver high-volume assets with a strong eye for detail.

The role is fully remote from Latin America, with hands-on coaching and growth into more strategic work as your ideas shape campaigns and performance improves.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma and able to design within a design system.
• Strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle high-volume requests.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
• Strong written and spoken English for US-based collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design paid social assets (static, carousel) and adapt templates for new offers and studios.
• Propose hooks, headlines and layouts; incorporate performance insights.
• Create promotional emails in established templates (Klaviyo).
• Design hero banners and web graphics for desktop/mobile.
• Produce light video cuts from in-studio footage for social ads.
• Adapt designs for signage, menus, and print-ready collateral.
