BairesDev is seeking a Game Engineer to build core technology and interactive 3D experiences powering modern games. You will implement high-performance mechanics, rendering pipelines, and multiplayer networking across PC and mobile, turning design nuances into scalable engine features.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, optimize 3D rendering and physics, and maintain engine internals to support 2D/3D titles globally. This is a fully remote role with competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on game development.
• Proven expertise in building interactive 3D experiences using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Advanced proficiency in C# or C++ and deep understanding of game engine internals.
• Strong knowledge of 3D math, rendering techniques, and multiplayer networking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop core game technology and frameworks to support immersive 3D experiences.
• Implement high-performance game mechanics and systems, including rendering pipelines and multiplayer networking.
• Architect scalable game engine internals using data-oriented or component-based patterns.
• Optimize 3D math and rendering techniques to achieve high visual fidelity and stable performance.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate creative visions into functional, interactive features.
• Maintain and extend engine functionality to support diverse 2D and 3D titles across PC and mobile.
