Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Expertise in building and optimizing RAG systems, including vector stores and embeddings.
• Strong Python skills and asynchronous API development (FastAPI, Pydantic, async SQLAlchemy).
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM APIs and practicing MLOps (model registry, observability).
• Experience mentoring teams and aligning with stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and data retrieval pipelines.
• Build robust APIs to expose AI capabilities to downstream enterprise applications.
• Establish best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining intelligent services in production environments.
• Mentor engineering team members and align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust architectural designs.
