Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build production-grade backend and frontend services in a remote setup for LATAM. You will design APIs, implement AI-integrated features, and drive deployments on Azure across dev, staging, and prod environments.

Ideal candidates have strong TS/React and Python skills for AI services, plus experience with REST/GraphQL, databases, CI/CD, containers, and IaC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building and running production web applications across backend and frontend.
• At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills, with working knowledge of Python for AI/ML services.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems, including WebSockets and messaging queues.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• Track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production apps.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and ability to review outputs.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services: Develop APIs and services with clear boundaries, automated tests, and code review.
• Build frontend applications: Create client portals, internal consoles, admin screens, and dashboards.
• Take prototypes to production: Review AI-generated and prototype codebases, decide what to keep or rebuild, and prepare for real users.
• Integrate AI services: Connect AI models and services, including real-time features.
• Run applications on Azure: Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD across development, staging, and production environments.
• Connect third-party systems: Build integrations with CRMs, ticketing tools, and other platforms.
• Maintain reliability and observability: Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Protect data: Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secure secrets management, and safe handling of personal data.
• Document solutions: Maintain clear technical documentation that helps other engineers work effectively.
