AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build production features across .NET, React, and Azure using an AI-native workflow. You will deliver V1 capabilities, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide AI agents through end-to-end delivery.

This role emphasizes security, multi-tenant SaaS considerations, and rigorous verification of agent outputs. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of software engineering experience, strong .NET and React skills, and hands-on Azure deployment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Advanced experience in AI tooling, agent AI testing, memory integration, and MCP development.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work with multiple agents.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, manage work, and ensure UAT readiness.
• Turn changing requirements into practical delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when priorities conflict and maintain clear communication.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify output before integration.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Ensure security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team and guide next steps.
