Job summary

TLNT is a remote, US-based healthtech startup connecting clinics with a cutting-edge CRM and AI-driven patient coordination platform. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, building your own pipeline and closing deals with clinic owners and doctors in English and Spanish.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor style role with room to grow, targeting North and Central America and healthcare SaaS prospects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales with full-cycle experience.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline.
• Real cold calling experience and confidence on the phone.
• Experience at an early-stage tech or SaaS company.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build your own pipeline using cold calls, email, social, and referrals.
• Identify high-potential clinics and decision-makers behind them.
• Run discovery calls and deliver sharp product demos.
• Own every deal from first conversation to signed contract.
• Follow up diligently and keep CRM accurate.
• Test new messaging, channels, and outbound plays.
• Feed customer insights straight to the founders.
• Help write the sales playbook as the company scales.
• Hit your number — then beat it.
