Job summary

3Pillar Global is modernizing a security-critical front-end estate, migrating six micro-frontends to a modern web-component model and hardening an additional app. You’ll work in a small pod with a Tech Lead and Senior AI Engineer, delivering production-ready code under AI-assisted tooling and spec-driven processes.

This role suits someone early in their career who wants rapid growth, within a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with modern web technologies.
• Proficiency withStencilJS or a component-based front-end framework and Angular/AngularJS.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Basic front-end security hygiene and dependency scanning awareness.
• Understanding of UML/C4/ArchiMate and SDLC concepts.
• Proficiency in English and collaboration in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Convert Angular/AngularJS apps to the StencilJS component model, one app per cycle.
• Author unit tests with target≥75% coverage per application.
• Integrate front-ends with back-end APIs using mocks and cutover strategies.
• Deliver build-ready and test-ready code in client environments, ensuring no critical issues.
• Provide status reporting, estimation, and documentation for requirements.
• Collaborate across engineers, designers, and managers to solve user problems.
