Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Mexico to define and elevate the brand across websites, sales materials, advertising, social media, and product marketing.

You will build a scalable design system and ensure all assets are polished and consistent, while collaborating with the founding team to shape the visual identity. You will own the creative direction from briefs to production in a fast-moving environment, delivering multiple directions and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS or agency serving SaaS clients.
• Portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand identity across websites, sales materials, and advertising.
• Proficient in Figma and have built live websites with Webflow.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides; capable of producing reusable templates.
• Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy with high design quality.
• Fast, self-directed, and able to translate concise briefs into multiple strong creative directions.
• Comfortable working remotely with at least 4 hours overlap with US Eastern hours.
• Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with SEO or AI search optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, auditing materials, documenting standards in Figma, and ensuring consistency across marketing assets.
• Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow from concept to live publication.
• Build and maintain a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides with reusable templates.
• Produce high-quality advertising and social media creatives across LinkedIn and paid channels.
• Create product mockups, feature graphics, and lightweight motion assets for multiple channels.
• Manage publishing and asset handoffs, including Webflow CMS updates and email templates.
• Translate briefs and messaging into compelling visual concepts and lead execution.
• Partner with the founding team to establish a distinctive visual identity and guide when to refine current approaches.
• Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment and deliver polished creative work with minimal supervision.
• Help establish visual foundations for a growing category and shape market perception.
