Vert Environmental is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinating Manager to lead the Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments. This remote, full-time role reports to the Operations Director and supervises staff to ensure projects are scheduled and completed on time.

You will liaise with clients, technicians, and laboratories, review reports, provide pricing and proposals, and support business development by identifying opportunities to expand services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• Minimum of 2 years in environmental industry or related field.
• Experience supervising employees and managing departmental operations, schedules, workloads.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client-service oriented.
• Effective communication with clients, field technicians, laboratories, and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of environmental testing, laboratory analysis, and related concepts.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting laboratory results and project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing reports and deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn company databases and PM systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Professionalism, honesty, integrity.
• Proactive in removing roadblocks for clients and teams.
• Proven remote work experience with home office setup.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments.
• Lead and supervise department staff, including schedules and task delegation.
• Coordinate and prioritize field projects for timely completion.
• Serve as liaison between coordinators, technicians, clients, labs, and internal departments.
• Oversee client communications, updates, pricing, and proposals.
• Review laboratory results and communicate findings clearly.
• Oversee preparation, review, and approval of reports and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with labs on sample analysis and turnaround times.
• Cross-train team members and develop efficient workflows.
• Conduct department meetings, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service quality.
• Support Operations Director with planning and process improvements.
• Be available for occasional Saturday work to meet deadlines.
