Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, or International Relations.
• Experience in the IT Industry is desirable.
• Advanced level of English required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance.
• Analyze attrition trends and metrics.
• Improve employee relations and retention.
• Assist international employees with HR matters.
