The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the IT industry, and holds a relevant bachelor's degree. This position offers a fully remote work setup, flexible hours, and excellent compensation packages.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues.
• Experience within the IT Industry is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform one-on-one meetings with employees.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics related to attrition.
