ABB in Mexico is seeking a Project Site Specialist (Electrical Testing and Design) to coordinate site works, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and contractual standards. The role reports to the Project Operations Manager and involves significant travel to customer sites.

The candidate will work with the site works team, external resources, and the proposal team during bid prep, startup, and execution, contributing to cost-control and on-site reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Electro-mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience working with electrical systems Testing and Design, installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Eplan, AutoCAD Electrical or similar software for electrical design.
• Open to travel 70% national to customer sites.
• Advanced English

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support site-works team in cost-effective execution related deliverables per contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support for site works issues to the proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at project startup.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate activities between external resources and customer to inform on site works planning, product knowledge and safety procedures.
• Support cost-control for the project site work, monitor spend against forecasts, and estimate final cost.
