Strong experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health/wellness is a plus. The role emphasizes human-edited AI-assisted writing and rapid turnaround for a US-focused audience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience.
• Strong direct-response instincts and proven open/click performance.
• Ability to write across multiple brands with different voices.
• Near-native US English targeting American audience.

Responsibilities

• Email flows — welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, and more.
• Email campaigns — promotional launches, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement.
• SMS copy and subject lines, preheaders, CTAs across all channels.
• Secondary: landing page copy, product descriptions, SEO pages as needed.
