Jellyfish seeks a Junior Direct Investment Executive to help bring media plans to life. You will collaborate with partners, manage end-to-end media activation, and ensure QA through the process.

Your role includes analyzing campaign data and communicating feedback to optimize performance while coordinating with global teams. Requirements include a marketing-related degree, 1+ year in digital media, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 1+ years of experience in digital media; agency experience preferred.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets formulas for large datasets.
• Basic understanding of global privacy standards (GDPR).
• Ability to learn business tools for PM, budget mgmt, campaign building, trafficking and tag creation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; can handle multiple tasks.
• Client-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Analytics and performance mindset; leverage campaign data for optimization.
• Creative problem solving to imagine unique solutions.
• Team collaboration in diverse, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather planning inputs like targeting and content for RFPs.
• Oversee end-to-end activation of media plans and CM360 processes.
• Enforce QA processes for error-free media activation.
• Monitor live media and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Assemble and interpret campaign reports with analytics team feedback for optimization.
• Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with home and international teams.
