BairesDev is seeking a Security Engineer (DevSecOps) to embed security into our CI/CD pipelines and shape policy as code across cloud deployments. You will collaborate with global engineering teams to elevate secure coding and automated testing practices.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, competitive USD compensation, and a culture that values mentorship, growth, and diverse perspectives. Experience with Snyk/Trivy/Aqua and OPA is highly regarded.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps.
• Proven expertise embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience implementing Policy as Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Strong background in secrets management and securing containerized infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate automated security scanning and testing tools into CI/CD pipelines to catch vulnerabilities early.
• Define and implement Policy as Code to maintain consistent security standards across all infrastructure and deployments.
• Manage and secure sensitive data through robust secrets management solutions across environments.
• Harden containerized workloads and orchestration platforms to protect against cloud-native threats.
• Foster a culture of security awareness by collaborating with engineering teams to adopt secure coding practices.
• Conduct continuous monitoring and auditing of infrastructure for compliance and rapid threat detection.
