Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Data Manager to lead Data Management activities across sponsor projects and ensure milestones are met.

You will coordinate the Data Management/Data Operations team, oversee SOP-compliant delivery, provide training, and collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Monitoring, and other groups. This remote role supports multiple projects while maintaining TMF and audit readiness.

Formación

• BA/BS in the biological sciences or related disciplines or RN; equivalent experience if no degree.
• Clinical data management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Clinical Data Management practices and relational databases.
• Strong project management skills and methodologies.
• Staff leadership experience.
• Direct exposure to Oracle Clinical, Rave, or Inform; knowledge of medical terminology and ICH/GCP.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; good oral and written communication.
• Organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as Functional Lead for Data Management and liaison between Data Management/Operations and Project Management.
• Coordinate the work of the Data Management/Data Operations team.
• Ensure launch, delivery and completion of all Data Management activities per SOPs and regulations.
• Provide project-specific training as required.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including revenue recognition and scope changes.
• Monitor project progress and communicate with Sponsor and project team using status reports and metrics.
• Plan, manage and request resources for projects.
• Maintain project plans, specifications and documentation per SOP.
• Maintain TMF filing and participate in audits and meetings.
• Train and mentor data management staff and participate in bid defense input.
• Maintain proficiency in Data Management systems and processes.
