ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Clinical System Lead to drive CDS project teams in initiation, setup, maintenance, control, and closing of clinical data systems used in trials.

You will work remotely with travel and collaborate across countries, requiring 2+ years of data management experience, strong database knowledge, and agile leadership to ensure successful study execution.

Formación

• 2+ years of clinical data management experience including implementation and management of clinical data systems.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data flow diagrams.
• Experience leading project teams and communicating with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales by providing expertise to Business Development and assist with Bid Defense meetings.
• Peer review study team technical documentation and outputs.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customer teams on studies.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform quality control peer reviews of CRFs.
• Monitor issues affecting dates, scope, or budget and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with clients and vendors.
• Oversee system integration setup and vendor interactions.
• Contribute to revenue recognition forecasting for CDS PM.
• Travel ~15% domestically and internationally.
