About the Client:
We are collaborating with a leading oil and gas services company to find an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Data Entry Specialist. This role involves working with a dynamic team to manage critical land services and legal data for high-stakes projects.
Job Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist will primarily engage in data entry, document review, and analysis while contextualizing information in client-specific formats. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, meet tight deadlines, and quickly adapt to new tools and platforms such as Courthouse Direct. The role requires a strong ability to review legal and land services information accurately and provide meaningful insights in the Land Comments field of "Run Sheets."
Key Responsibilities:
- Access and navigate the Courthouse Direct platform to retrieve relevant documents.
- Review, analyze, and contextualize data for entry into client-provided "Run Sheets."
- Ensure the accurate and complete population of required fields, including objective and subjective data.
- Contextualize Land Comments with precision to prevent costly errors for clients.
- Adhere strictly to project deadlines to support critical business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and meet client expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal and land services data securely.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, document analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience or familiarity with Courthouse Direct is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and contextualize information effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new platforms and processes.
- Experience in land services, paralegal work, or legal research is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with oil and gas land services.
- Ability to interpret and summarize legal or land-related documents.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other data management tools.
Compensation:
