Qualifications

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
• Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks.
• At least one year of previous work experience (a plus).
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage notices in job portals and evaluate applicants.
• Identify and analyze professional profiles for open searches.
