Globallogic Guadalajara is seeking an experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our distributed team. You will drive client success, coordinate with product and engineering, and ensure delivery excellence across digital transformation initiatives for our customers in Mexico and beyond.

The role requires deep technical fluency, strong communication with executive stakeholders, proficiency in SQL and Linux, and a proven track record in test engineering and software projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a technical subject matter expert in a customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Support, Consultant, etc.).
• Experience with Privileged Access Management or Privileged Access Security technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience in test engineering
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS
• Experience with Maestro or similar tooling for automating browser-based tests
• Experience working within a team developing software or supporting software development efforts
• Experience with Jira or other test management tools
• 5+ years of experience as a technical subject matter expert in a customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Support, Consultant, etc.)
• Strong background in Privileged Access Management or Privileged Access Security technologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Experience teaching, coaching, or consulting on technical solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux OS
• Familiarity with Linux command line
• Advanced English skills
