A leading CRO agency is seeking a CRO Analyst for a freelance role to manage A/B tests and collaborate with exciting DTC brands. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of CRO experience, proficiency in Convert.com or similar platforms, and robust GA4 skills. Responsibilities include setting up tests, analyzing results, and communicating insights to clients. This position is fully remote but requires availability during US Pacific Time business hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of CRO experience in a performance-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience setting up A/B tests end-to-end.
• Strong JavaScript skills for DOM manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, manage, and monitor A/B tests using Convert.com and VWO.
• Analyze test results using Bayesian method and forecast revenue lift.
• Communicate findings to clients via weekly progress updates.
