Atomic - Remote Jobs is hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist to help drive revenue for DTC brands in a fully remote setting. You’ll be responsible for A/B tests, optimizing landing pages and funnels across multiple Shopify stores, working closely with design and media teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in CRO or performance marketing, with a strong grasp of user behavior and conversion psychology. The role offers a flexible work environment and opportunities to make a significant impact across various brands.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing.
• Proven success with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of funnels and conversion psychology.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands.
• Design and run A/B tests on offers and layout changes.
• Audit landing pages to identify friction points.
