About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer who will play a leading, coordinating, and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The role involves working directly on site construction and supervision, civil works, installation, and integration services. The engineer will be responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers, in accordance with Ericsson requirements and the customer contract. The position includes budget responsibility and ensuring work is executed within the project’s OHS requirements.

What You Will Do

1. Handle evidence at construction sites
2. Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
3. Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
4. Handle work orders and compensation
5. Plan and follow up on quality assurances

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture, or similar
• Fluent English speaking (critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (critical)
• Experience coordinating crews in the field
• High self-organization
• Availability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience with site (RBS) construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
