About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer who will play a leading, coordinating, and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The role involves direct work in site construction, supervision, civil works, installation, and integration services. You will be responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and the customer contract. The position also includes budget responsibility and ensuring work is executed in compliance with project OHS requirements.

What You Will Do

• Handle evidence at construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up on quality assurances

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Fluent English speaking skills (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating crews in the field
• High self-organization skills
• Availability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience with site (RBS) construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
