• Experience in compliance operations/advisory, risk management, quality assurance, or other control/oversight activities.

Aufgaben

• Provide compliance advisory support to business partners on consumer finance and payments requirements; document guidance, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Support intake, tracking, and completion of Compliance Operations & Advisory work using defined workflows and evidence standards.
• Perform second-line oversight reviews of complaint handling for higher-risk channels and contribute to complaint trend analysis.
• Assist in issues management governance with logs, remediation plans, and escalation monitoring.
• Conduct pre-use compliance reviews of marketing and customer communications; identify disclosures and risks.
