Job summary

IPSY is seeking a detail-oriented Commerce Coordinator (junior merch analyst) to support online merchandising operations in Mexico. You will bridge merchandising execution and performance analysis—ensuring accurate product representation, updating PDPs, and digging into eCommerce data to drive campaign and assortment strategies.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates welcome; up to 2 years in eCommerce or retail merchandising.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• English fluency for cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with Akeneo or Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate banner and PDP updates; optimize assets for search and UX.
• Monitor stock with US merchandising; manage Akeneo workflows.
• Analyze sell-through, inventory turns, margins; guide promotions and campaigns.
• Deliver monthly performance reports to leadership; monitor trends and opportunities.
