Vantive is seeking a Global Functional CMMS & Calibration Leader to partner with Manufacturing teams across regions, aligning maintenance and calibration with IT compliance and cost efficiency. You will drive projects in CMMS, calibration, validation, and change management to improve operations.

The role requires 5+ years in CMMS/calibration and 6+ years in manufacturing, with strong Maximo experience and English/Spanish fluency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with CMMS and calibration systems; Maximo experience strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong functional expertise in CMMS and spare parts and calibration.
• Spanish and English speaking and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Open to applicants across the country, this is a remote position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the Global CMMS & Calibration team across regions.
• Manage User Access for Maximo license users.
• Analyze business requirements and propose optimal CMMS/calibration solutions.
• Collaborate with Infra and IT partners for domain activities.
• Ensure validation activities and documentation meet compliance requirements.
• Communicate status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
