Parexel International is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Sr to join our team. This home-based role supports oncology trials, conducting on-site and remote visits while building strong partnerships with investigators and site staff.

The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree, 1+ year CRA experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Travel may be required, with preference for candidates in Mexico City, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of CRA experience monitoring oncology trials.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clinical trial sites through on-site and remote visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
• Manage site-level study documentation, systems updates, and visit reports
• Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity
• Ensure sites are audit- and inspection-ready
