CRH Talento en IT is seeking a Citrix Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments for our remote workforce. You will manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and related infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and high availability.

The role requires proven Citrix engineering experience, scripting ability, and knowledge of virtualization and networking. This is a remote, full-time position with competitive MXN pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in Citrix engineering or administration roles.
• Experience with Citrix automation tools, scripting languages, and version control systems.
• Advanced technical skills in Citrix administration, virtualization, networking, and scripting.
• Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and related infrastructure.
• Deploy and configure Citrix servers, applications, and policies to meet performance and security requirements.
• Monitor Citrix system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for optimization and high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments, user access, and application delivery.
• Automate Citrix provisioning and configuration using scripting and management tools.
• Implement security controls and compliance measures within Citrix environments.
• Conduct regular assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation of security risks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other infrastructure components.
• Optimize resource usage and costs within Citrix and supporting environments.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for Citrix management.
