Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a proactive Value Optimization Engineer to drive VAVE initiatives for chassis systems in a fully remote role. You will balance cost, weight, and performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes independent work in a remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration across design, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams to deliver measurable cost savings and product improvements.

Responsabilidades

• VAVE Execution: Lead and execute Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects targeting chassis components and sub-assemblies.
• Cost Reduction: Propose and implement design/manufacturing changes to reduce material and production costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with remote teams across Product Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure viable optimization ideas.
• Benchmarking & Teardowns: Conduct benchmarking and teardown analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supplier Engagement: Work with suppliers to optimize tooling and materials to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Project Tracking: Manage optimization ideas pipeline, calculate ROI, track timelines, and report savings to leadership.
