Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance / CFO to own and strengthen the finance function across a growing multi-site healthcare business. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build financial discipline, improve reporting and forecasting, and create systems and controls to support expansion.

This is a senior finance role focused on scaling, investment readiness, and operational finance, with accountability across multiple entities and locations.

Qualifications

• Senior finance operator with strategy and execution.
• Experience in CFO/Director of Finance or similar.
• Experience in startup or scaling businesses.
• Familiarity with US accounting standards and accrual accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple entities/locations.
