Jellyfish in Mexico City is seeking a talented Designer to craft high-quality content for global brands across static, motion, digital content and social media. You will join a collaborative team and help deliver adaptable assets for multiple markets, reporting to the Sr Creative Director and using AI tools to streamline workflows.

The role emphasizes visual storytelling, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience with global brands and multi-market adaptation.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation (Blender).
• Strong visual storytelling and social assets creation.
• Knowledge of social media best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Pencil Pro.

Responsibilities

• Support adaptation and localization for different markets.
• Collaborate with Jellyfish Creative teams on strategies.
• Produce static and motion design assets for digital channels.
• Use Pencil Pro to refine workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand briefs.
• Ensure social media and digital touchpoints are platform-compatible.
• Provide constructive feedback and revisions.
• Localize designs across global platforms.
